On the 4th, under the guidance of the Department of Culture and Tourism of Guangdong Province and the Chinese Poetry Society, sponsored by the Guangdong Provincial Cultural Center, and co-organized by the Guangzhou Greater Bay Area Cultural Exchange Promotion Center and the Guangdong Recitation Association, the 2021 "In Guangdong" series of activities: "Letting Go of the Greater Bay Area - Poetry Recitation Concert" was held in the Small Theater of the Guangdong Provincial Cultural Center.

Famous poets, provincial reciters and well-known musicians gathered at the Guangdong Provincial Cultural Center to show the cultural charm and vitality of the Greater Bay Area through poetry recitation, music singing, stage performances and other forms.

In the recitation session, the famous poets and the famous reciters in the province will tell the audience the affectionate praise of the motherland and the deep love for the Bay Area through the emotional recitation of each work.

Shi Zixing recited "I See My Motherland in a Pomegranate"

Shi Zixing, president of the Guangdong Recitation Association, recited the work "I See My Motherland in a Pomegranate" by Yang Ke, president of the Chinese Poetry Society, at the scene, and he praised the will of the big family of the Chinese nation to be as closely united as pomegranate seeds and the tenacious vitality of the Chinese nation with his passionate recitation, conveying the strong belief of the Chinese people to pursue and create a better life.

"Moonlight, illuminating the hall, the Xiguan house gives birth to a small barbarian waist." Xiangyun yarn, unable to wrap up the gel that was about to spew out, even the concubines outside the wall smiled, blushing the home where they stopped. The team of the School of Journalism and Communication of Guangzhou University recited another of Yang Ke's works "Lingnan" for the audience. The narration method unfolded a picture of the profound history and culture of Lingnan for the audience, depicting the Lingnan cultural memory of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao with the same roots, which triggered the emotional resonance of the audience.

The poet and vice chairman of the Huizhou Writers Association, Jiang Huhai's work "Big Bay", shows the era mark of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and the new picture of vigorous development in a gentle and moving language, leading the audience into a poetic journey through time and space.

In addition, this poetry concert also brought together solo singing, chorus, Acapella and other forms, providing a poetic musical feast for the audience.

"Red bricks spread out in the morning mist in the corner of Bauhinia Street / Singing a little song in the courtyard of the distant wall of Kapok ... Drizzle and mist fly / The distant mountain to the east has a real scene. Original musician Guan Xiaoqi brought the original song "Sibei Tongjin", with a tender melody and sweet and affectionate singing, detailing the quiet and beautiful past of Dongshan in the author's memory.

And Bu Jun, an independent musician who is good at composing poems into songs, brought the original song "We Are Never Afraid of the Dark and Long Road" and the poetry adaptation of "Dieshizhi" to the audience, with a slightly hoarse voice, sincere but gorgeous, singing his hot and strong pursuit of life, expressing tribute to the poet.

Zhao Pengfei, a veteran folk musician, brought a chorus with children, "New Boy", a free, relaxed and cheerful melody and lyrics, conveying his sincere yearning and ardent expectations for the future. In addition, the Tender Vocal Ensemble performed cantonese skewers in the form of Acapella.

It is reported that the "Greater Bay Area - Exhibition of Manuscripts of Poets in the Bay Area" is also being exhibited in the exhibition hall on the first floor of the Guangdong Provincial Cultural Center, and the exhibition will last until December 12.
