In 1959, the relevant departments of Shanghai Municipality determined that the address was the place where Peng Pan and other martyrs were arrested, and in 1962, it was officially listed as "Shanghai Cultural Relics Protection Unit", and on April 27, 2002, it was announced by the Shanghai Municipal People's Government as a memorial site in Shanghai, in order to mourn those martyrs who sacrificed themselves for the sake of national prosperity and national prosperity!
