Minced pork 250 g
Glutinous rice 100 g
10 g minced ginger
10 g chopped green onion
Raw soy sauce 15 g
Oyster sauce 10 g
Cooking wine 5 g
Beef powder/chicken essence 3 g
2 shiitake mushrooms
Half a carrot
100 g shrimp
A pinch of salt
1: Cut the pork into large pieces and prepare the minced meat
