Prepare the materials
Mushrooms, lean meat, garlic pickled ginger, pickled chili, dried chili, green onion, bean paste, green peppercorns
Add some soy sauce, pepper, and water starch when marinating lean meat

Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with green onions
