Boxed lactone tofu 1 box 1 tbsp fried peanut rice
▼Seasoning :
2 tbsp light soy sauce
Sugar, chili oil, sesame oil and vinegar 1 tsp each
Parsley, green onion and garlic to taste

5 minutes
1 Wash the parsley and finely chop. Peel off the dried skin of the green onion and finely chop. Peel the garlic, finely chop and set aside.
2 Tear open the box of tofu and pour into a deep dish.
3 Peel the fried peanut rice and crush it.
4 Place the ground peanuts, chopped coriander, minced green onion and minced garlic in a bowl, add soy sauce, sugar, chili oil and sesame oil and mix well to form a sauce.
5 Pour the mixture over the box of tofu.
