Born in 1944 in the Horqin Grassland of Inner Mongolia, Qi Baoligao is a world master of horse-head piano and a national first-class performer. In more than 60 years of artistic career, Qi Baoligao has made outstanding contributions to the inheritance and development of the traditional horsehead piano art of the Mongolian nation, and has absorbed the playing skills of the Western violin, successfully reformed the body of the traditional horsehead and its sound source, and created more scientific and advanced conditions for the promotion of the horsehead piano art to the world stage.
