Over the past 21 years, she has used love, faith and wisdom to convey the most beautiful professional sentiments of a kindergarten teacher. In the eyes of parents, she is enthusiastic and patient, and is a "confidant sister" who knows everything in detail; in the eyes of colleagues, she is serious, gentle and drizzling, and is a "flower of vitality" that is tireless; in the eyes of children, she is kind, smiling and noisy, and is a "teacher mother" with great powers, and she interprets the connotation of "the most beautiful teacher" in her ordinary post.
Water with love No regrets youth
In September 1999, Rodin became an honorable preschool teacher, she loved the cause of preschool education, worked hard and was positive. From the moment she entered the children's world, she was determined to dedicate her light and light to the cause of preschool education. In September 2019, she was transferred to Jiangnan Kindergarten in Hanbin District, due to the lack of teacher resources in the park, she bravely shouldered the heavy burden and served as the leader of the teaching and research team, the class teacher, and the work of the community, and quickly threw herself into the new working environment with a new spiritual outlook. In the face of difficulties, she did not flinch, she firmly believed that "there are always more ways than difficulties"; in the face of her family's incomprehension, she also felt uncomfortable, shed tears, thought of withdrawing, thought of giving up. But seeing the children's smiling flowers and hearing the children sweetly call her "Teacher Luo", she felt that although the work was full of challenges, she felt happy, and continued to move forward with enthusiasm and selfless dedication to pay tribute to the regretless youth.

After 21 years of hard work in the field of preschool education, she took this ordinary and great work seriously with a strong professionalism and a down-to-earth and diligent work attitude, without complaint or regret, and warmed the young hearts of the children of one year after another with motherly love. She often said that "kindergarten is a happy land, how much love you sow, you will reap as much love, even double the love." She spreads her whole-hearted love in the hearts of every child, so that children can thrive in the fertile soil of love.
In the class, the children like to play with her, whisper to her, and affectionately call her "teacher mother", which is full of affection, stemming from her love for children, especially for left-behind children. Every year before the start of the school, she carefully explores and arranges, keeps abreast of the recent living conditions of left-behind children, and gives timely help and guidance within her ability. I remember coming to Jiangnan Kindergarten in the first year to take over the first class of Jiangyou kindergarten, through careful understanding before the start of the school, I learned that the ZhangZhang child in the class was a left-behind child, who has been taken care of by the elderly grandfather, but because it is a generation away, the grandfather is too doting on the child, often for some trivial matters and the class teacher has a dispute, as a class teacher, she believes that as long as the child is treated with care, the grandfather will understand and move. It was a rainy morning, when Zhang Zhang came to the garden, his shoes and pants were soaked and he was standing in the doorway shivering, so she found spare shoes for Zhang Zhang to change and use a hair dryer to dry his pants little by little; Grandpa was old, and often missed the time for the child to pick up the kindergarten, so she often helped to send the child home... Again and again, the special care for Zhang Zhang finally touched Zhang Zhang's grandfather.
