Step 2: Put the hawthorn in the basin, add a few drops of white vinegar, add a spoonful of salt, add cold water and soak for 10 minutes, rinse off the remaining medicine, so that it is clean.
Step 3: Next, dispose of the hawthorn, rinse the hawthorn twice, and remove the handle. Then cut the hawthorn in half, use a straw to dig out the core inside, and then remove the remaining tail, as shown in the picture.
Step 4: Put the clean hawthorn into the pot, add rock sugar, add water to the hawthorn, cook over high heat until the rock sugar melts.
Step 5: Cook for about 6 minutes, feel like you are about to become a can of hawthorn, then pour the hawthorn into the wall-breaking machine cup, and add 200 ml of water. Hawthorn contains pectin, when squeezed into a paste, the resistance is relatively large, it is easy to damage the wall breaker, it is recommended to add some water.
Step 6: This is the hawthorn mud I made with the wall breaker, especially delicate, pour into a small pot, add 200 grams of white sugar, if not added sugar, slightly sour.
Step 7: Simmer over medium-low heat until the sugar melts, then stir with a small spatula and stir as you simmer.
