Glutinous rice flour 350 g, japonica rice flour 250 g, hawthorn flakes 250 g, sugar 150 g, a little lard.
method
1: Pour the hawthorn slices into a large bowl and add an appropriate amount of warm boiling water to make it into a paste.
2: Put glutinous rice flour, japonica rice flour, white sugar and hawthorn paste together in a large basin and stir until mixed well into a thick paste.
3, take a small bowl, smear a layer of cooked lard on its inner wall, and pour the mixed ingredients into the small bowl (note that only eight or nine points are poured).
4: Basket steamed, remove and flip on a plate to serve.
