3: Stir-fried shredded dried tofu

Ingredients: 300g tenderloin, 10 slices of dried tofu, 3 green onions, 2 chili peppers, 1 tbsp minced garlic, 2 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tsp ground white pepper, 2 tbsp rice wine, 0.5 tsp salt, 1 tsp cornstarch

1. Wash and cut the tenderloin into strips with water, add salt and corn starch and marinate for 15 minutes, cut the dried beans horizontally, cut the red peppers into long strips, and cut the shallots into long strips

2. Put 0.5 tsp of oil in a pan and sauté the dried tofu over low heat, and then put the dried tofu on both sides golden brown

3. Stir-fry the shredded meat in the original pot, after the shredded meat changes color, put the minced garlic, green onion, rice wine together and stir-fry, pour the dried beans back into the pot, add oyster sauce, white pepper and salt and fry

4. Turn off the heat and sprinkle with chili pepper shreds and green onion shreds
