This "clairvoyance" is the "6000-meter integrated optical drag body" (hereinafter referred to as the "optical drag body"), which looks like an iron cage from the appearance, which is loaded with high-definition cameras, cameras, attitude sensors, pressure sensors, altimeters, lights, laser rulers and other equipment, and is a highly integrated submarine observation operation platform.

It is reported that the "Xiangyanghong 03" ship was built by the Ministry of Natural Resources Ocean No. 3 and is responsible for operation and management, and the Wuchang Shipyard undertakes the construction, and construction began in June 2013, which lasted 3 years and 3 months. The ship has a total length of 99.6 meters, a width of 17.8 meters, a depth of 8.9 meters, a design draft of 5.6 meters, a design displacement of 4,800 tons, an endurance of 15,000 nautical miles, a design speed of 15 knots, and can sail in the global unlimited navigation area and B3 ice area, with a self-sustaining force of 60 days and a capacity of 80 people.
