On the afternoon of May 12, the information accessibility sub-forum aims to promote the inclusiveness of technology and ensure that all user groups, including the elderly and the disabled, can equally enjoy the convenience brought by digital technology. The sub-forum was chaired by Professor Bu Jiajun, Director of CCF Public Welfare Working Committee and Professor of Zhejiang University.

On May 12, the launching ceremony of the first CCF Charity Day and the Technology Charity Conference hosted by the China Computer Federation (CCF) was held in Suzhou Huanxiu Lake. The conference brought together the heads of well-known universities, enterprises, industry associations and public welfare organizations at home and abroad to witness the launch of a series of innovative public welfare activities such as the CCF Technology Public Welfare Hour, and discussed the new path of integrated development of scientific and technological innovation and public welfare, aiming to make the results of high-quality development benefit a wider range of groups.

In the four technical sub-forums on the afternoon of the 12th, information accessibility invited developers with disabilities, user representatives, experts and scholars from different fields to build a platform for the whole ecosystem around how to achieve deep user participation in the research and development process of products and services, aiming to promote the inclusiveness of technology and ensure that all user groups, including the elderly and the disabled, can equally enjoy the convenience brought by digital technology. In the second half of the forum, Professor Zhao Jian, Executive Committee Member of CCF Public Welfare Working Committee and Dean of the School of Computer Science of Changchun University, Mr. Cai Yongbin, Professor Liu Huayu, Teacher Fu Yue and Assistant Director of CCF Public Welfare Working Committee Mr. Wang Wei jointly launched a roundtable forum on "Exploration of Multi-party Cooperation Models in the Technology Public Welfare Ecosystem". They had in-depth deliberations and discussions on how to build an inclusive, efficient, and collaborative technology public welfare ecosystem.
