This is the first formal meeting of CCF YOCSEF Hong Kong, following the successful election of 13 AC members at the first AC Election Meeting jointly held in Beijing, Hong Kong and online on 7 May. The meeting was attended by 12 members of the YOCSEF Hong Kong (preparing) AC (Li Ping, Liu Dongping, Long Zhuoyu, Ye Shan, Che Weitao, Fan Wenqi, Han Bo, Lian Mingyu, Qi Xiaojuan, Shen Jiaxing, Wang Weiming, Zhang Weipeng), YOCSEF Hong Kong (preparing) headquarters contact AC, headquarters vice chairman He Ruijun. Attending the meeting were Pan Jiamin of Xiangcheng Network (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd., Meng Xiangqiao of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and the Institute for Advanced Study of the Eastern Polytechnic University, and Wang Xin of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. First of all, Zhang Weipeng introduced the content of this meeting. Subsequently, He Ruijun conducted YOCSEF cultural training, and he introduced the history, development, positioning, types and requirements of YOCSEF. In addition, He Ruijun also put forward some new thoughts and suggestions for the future development of CCF YOCSEF Hong Kong, and called on the AC members of YOCSEF Hong Kong to give full play to the special advantages of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, make good use of the platform of YOCSEF, continuously improve their own strength, and have the courage to assume social responsibilities and exert YOCSEF's influence in Hong Kong.

After that, the election of the first AC Chairman Meeting of CCF YOCSEF Hong Kong (preparation) officially kicked off. In accordance with the CCF YOCSEF regulations and procedures, the election was conducted by differential election and secret ballot, and was presided over by He Ruijun. The campaign attracted a number of candidates from a variety of fields and diverse backgrounds.
After early registration and on-site registration, Che Weitao (Hong Kong Digital Twin Technology Co., Ltd.) and Li Ping (Hong Kong Polytechnic University) participated in the election of the chairman. They elaborated on their experiences, strengths, and future work ideas, concepts, and measures. After the two candidates accepted the questions of the participants in turn, Li Ping (The Hong Kong Polytechnic University) was elected as the first AC President-elect of CCF YOCSEF Hong Kong (in preparation) by secret ballot.

In the AC vice chairman election session, Che Weitao, Fan Wenqi (Hong Kong Polytechnic University), Liu Dongping (AWS Inc.), and Long Zhuoyu (Hong Kong Chinese University) participated in the election. Through campaign speeches, secret ballots, and group Q&A sessions, Dongping Liu (AWS Inc.) He Long Zhuoyu (University of Chinese Hong Kong) was elected as the vice-president-designate of the first AC of CCF YOCSEF Hong Kong.

After the election session of the chairman's meeting, Li Ping, the president-elect of AC, presided over the development brainstorming of the CCF YOCSEF Hong Kong (preparation) sub-forum with the participation of all members present. Everyone expressed their positive thoughts and put forward many valuable opinions on the future development of the Hong Kong sub-forum.

At the end of the meeting, YOCSEF headquarters contacted AC He Ruijun to express warm congratulations on the completion of the meeting and the election, and expressed his expectations for the work of YOCSEF Hong Kong (preparation) in the coming year, and encouraged everyone to go all the way forward and contribute to the development of young computer talents in Hong Kong and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. Li Ping, the president-elect of AC, hopes that YOCSEF Hong Kong can make a different voice in Hong Kong, work hard to explore, and create a level and influence.
