Yunnan strives to create green scenic spots and promote the implementation of the three-year action of urban and rural greening and beautification
As part of the implementation of the three-year action of urban and rural greening and beautification, the green scenic spot action is an effective starting point to further consolidate and improve the ecological quality and landscape quality of the province's A-level tourist attractions.
The first is the concept of "lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets", with the fundamental purpose of meeting the growing needs of the people for a better life, with the goal of improving the tourist experience of scenic spots, reasonably improving the green space rate and green coverage rate of scenic spots, promoting the ecological environmental protection and restoration of scenic spots and the value of tourism resources, and promoting the development of scenic spots with higher quality, more efficient, fairer, more sustainable and safer scenic spots, and forming green scenic spots that adapt to the landscape environment, tourist needs and natural conditions.
The second is to clarify the goal and provide classified guidance. According to the three-year action schedule of urban and rural greening and beautification in Yunnan Province, the goal of building more than 30% of the green scenic spots will be completed every year, and the task of building green scenic spots will be fully completed by 2024. At the same time, in accordance with the principle of consolidating a batch, upgrading a batch, and rectifying a batch, we will do a good job in the classification guidance of the construction of green scenic spots, distinguish levels, highlight key points, and steadily promote the planting of greenery in scenic spots, so that the ecological environment, landscape quality, and tour experience of scenic spots will be comprehensively consolidated and improved, so that the action of green scenic spots will be at the forefront of urban and rural greening and beautification plans, and become a vanguard and model demonstration area.
The third is to strengthen supervision and strengthen safeguards. The cultural and tourism departments at all levels will incorporate the green scenic spot action into the quality management of the scenic spot level, and if the work is not in place, the green scenic spot action will not be completed according to the time limit and quality, and the relevant provisions of the tourist attraction quality grade management measures shall be notified, downgraded or cancelled; For scenic spots with strong green and beautiful actions, landscape quality and service quality have been significantly improved, priority will be given to recommending the application of higher-level tourist attractions. Starting from 2022, the identification of the "most beautiful scenic spots" will be organized every year, and the county (city, district) self-recommendation, state (city) recommendation, expert scoring + online voting provincial approval method will be adopted to give priority support to the selected "most beautiful scenic spots" in terms of scenic spot level identification and government fund subsidies.
