At the symposium, the legal correspondents briefly introduced the policies and measures related to the protection of enterprises and businesses in the industry in combination with the responsibilities of the industry, focusing on the contract of the Civil Code and the service content of the "Enterprise Legal Physical Examination". The representatives of the enterprises spoke freely and put forward specific issues such as implementation difficulties, work-related injury compensation, and labor disputes encountered by the enterprises in the process of production and operation.
In order to further understand the development of the enterprise and its practical needs, the legal correspondent and dandelion volunteers visited Fujian Sijia Environmental Protection Material Technology Co., Ltd. and Fuzhou Ronglin Machinery Co., Ltd. to understand the "urgent, difficult and longing" problems of the enterprise on the spot, give full play to their professional expertise and practical advantages to provide effective, targeted and professional judicial services to help the healthy development of the enterprise.
