Article 282 provides that the income generated by the construction unit, property management service enterprise or other manager using the common part of the owners shall belong to the common ownership of the owners after deducting reasonable costs.

Article 359 provides that if the term of the right to use land for residential construction expires, it shall be automatically renewed.

If one party conceals a serious illness, the marriage can be annulled.
Article 1053 provides that if one party suffers from a serious illness, the other party shall be truthfully informed before the marriage is registered; If the other party does not tell the truth, the other party may request the people's court to annul the marriage. A request for annulment of marriage shall be made within one year from the date on which the reasons for revocation are known or should have been known. At the same time, article 1054 provides that after the marriage is annulled, the innocent party can also claim damages.

The divorce is impulsive, and it can be withdrawn within 30 days.
Article 1077 provides that within 30 days from the date of receipt of the application for divorce registration by the marriage registration authority, if either party is unwilling to divorce, he or she may withdraw the application for divorce registration from the marriage registration authority, and only after 30 days have elapsed can both parties apply for the issuance of a divorce certificate.

Article 1254 provides that if a high-altitude object causes damage to others, the infringer shall bear tort liability in accordance with law. The public security organs shall promptly investigate in accordance with law and clarify the persons responsible.
