On May 16, the Guangzhou School of Huanggang Middle School, the practice base for juvenile legal education in Guangdong Province, held a legal publicity activity to escort the healthy growth of minors, and nearly 1,000 teachers and students from Huanggang Middle School Guangzhou School and Xinya Primary School participated in the activity.
May 2024 is the fourth "Civil Code Publicity Month", the District Justice Bureau, the District Legal Publicity Office, the District Cyberspace Administration and the District Education Bureau, invited lawyer Huang Yan, a lecturer of the District Civil Code Publicity Group and a lecturer of the "Huadu Cyber Security Escort Team", to bring a special lecture on the rule of law to minors at the provincial juvenile legal education practice base.
Lawyer Huang Yan combined the characteristics of teenagers, combined with laws and cases, and explained to the students the legal knowledge of the Civil Code, the prevention of school bullying and the cyber security of minors. At the same time of the lecture, Mr. Huang interacted with the students through legal knowledge questions, and the atmosphere was lively, and the students raised their hands to answer, and the students who answered correctly could also receive small gifts for the rule of law.
In addition, the District Bureau of Justice also brought the newly issued "Regulations on the Protection of Minors on the Internet" publicity display board to the base, so that students can learn more intuitively about the cyber security knowledge of minors and enhance their awareness of the rule of law. Through lectures on the rule of law, interactive Q&A, and viewing exhibition boards, the activity allowed students to further understand and master the relevant knowledge of the Civil Code, and cultivate their legal awareness and law-abiding habits.
