Strengthen the docking and linkage between the inflow and outflow areas, deepen the co-construction, co-management and co-promotion action with Yongzhou, Hunan, and adopt the method of "telephone contact, WeChat inquiry, system check, and door-to-door visit" to comprehensively investigate the base number of mobile party members, and so far a total of more than 800 inflow and outflow mobile party members have been investigated, dynamically update the information ledger, clarify and refine the list of key tasks for party discipline learning and education, promote the inclusion of mobile party members in the training plan of the party school in the town (street) where they have flowed, and solidly carry out special training for party organization secretaries and party affairs staff of mobile party members. Coordinate and make good use of the educational resources of the outflow and inflow areas, carry out in-depth door-to-door education activities, organize leading cadres, party school lecturers, and members of the party committee of mobile party members to give a disciplinary party lesson to mobile party members, and coordinate and cooperate with the relevant leaders of the Organization Department of the Lanshan County Party Committee of Hunan Province to come to Huadu to conduct special counseling on the "Regulations on Disciplinary Actions of the Communist Party of China" for 98 mobile party members from Lanshan, and guide mobile party members to know the law and discipline, know and respect, be wary of fear, and abide by the bottom line.

Adhere to the simultaneous online and offline efforts, relying on Xinhua Street's "New and New Reflection" Mobile Personnel Party and Mass Service Center, Shiling Town's Synthetic Village Laisui Personnel Party and Mass Service Station, etc., to build a learning and education position for mobile Party members, and use platforms such as Guangdong Television Association and Tencent Meeting to carry out online "cloud classrooms" and "cloud organization life", use WeChat groups, WeChat public accounts and other real-time push interpretation articles and online courses, organize mobile Party members to visit the warning education base nearby, and continuously improve the quality and efficiency of mobile Party members' learning and education.
