The "May Day" holiday is approaching, in the past few days, the Changting County Market Supervision and Administration Bureau, together with the Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, Cewu Town Government, Cewu Market Supervision Institute, etc., have gone deep into the food production enterprises in the jurisdiction and the canteens of primary and secondary schools such as Changting No. 1 Middle School and High School, Changting No. 1 Middle School and New Town School to conduct pre-holiday food safety inspections to ensure that the people, teachers and students can eat at ease and feel at ease during the festival, enjoy the leisure "May Day" holiday time, and jointly build the "integrity Changting" brand.
When inspecting food production enterprises, law enforcement personnel strictly follow the requirements of food safety laws and regulations, and conduct detailed inspections on the procurement, storage, processing, sales and other aspects of food production enterprises, focusing on the purchase inspection records and inspection reports of food raw materials, whether to use expired, mildew and other raw materials, whether the products are stored and used in accordance with the regulations, whether the factory inspection, certification and ticketing, and whether the product label is in line with the specifications. At the same time, the law enforcement officers used mobile phone software to view the "one product and one code" record of the products produced by the enterprise, and put forward rectification opinions on the spot for the problems found, and issued a notice of correction on the spot, and required the enterprise to rectify within the specified time limit to ensure that the source of food can be traced and the quality and safety can be controlled.
When inspecting primary and secondary schools, law enforcement officers conducted all-round inspections on the environmental sanitation, facilities and equipment, purchase checks, food samples, and health management of employees in the canteen, so as to ensure that the canteen operation process is standardized, the food raw materials are strictly controlled, the food storage meets the requirements, and the tableware is cleaned and disinfected in place, and the enterprises are urged to process and produce meals in strict accordance with the requirements of the "Food Safety Operation Code for Catering Services". In view of the problems existing in some schools, such as improper storage of ingredients and non-standard processing processes, law enforcement officers issued supervision opinions on the spot and ordered them to rectify immediately.
