The third is to further promote the digital transformation of the industry, deepen the intelligent transformation of the manufacturing industry, vigorously promote the digital transformation of key areas, and create a digital transformation ecology. Fourth, accelerate the promotion of digital technology innovation and breakthroughs, deepen independent innovation of key core technologies, enhance the competitiveness of core industries, vigorously cultivate new business forms and models, and build digital industrial clusters. Fifth, we will continue to improve the level of public services, improve the efficiency of "Internet + government services", improve the digital and intelligent level of social services such as pension, education, medical care, and social security, promote the digital integration of urban and rural areas, and create a smart digital life. Seventh, we need to build a solid digital security barrier in an all-round way, enhance network security protection capabilities, improve the data security governance system, and effectively prevent all kinds of risks. Eighth, we will take the initiative to expand international cooperation in the digital economy, accelerate the digital development of trade, promote the in-depth development of the "Digital Silk Road", and actively build a good environment for international cooperation. The ninth is to strengthen cross-departmental coordination and linkage, strengthen the overall coordination mechanism, increase policy support, and strengthen the statistical monitoring of the digital economy.
