The infrastructure construction project of Changshang Lake Ecological and Cultural Tourism Zone, with a total investment of 391 million yuan, includes the construction of a new tourist service center, a tourist distribution center, a camping base, the construction of riverside trails, tourist stations and other related ancillary service facilities. The project is divided into two phases of construction, and at present, the first phase of the embankment and greening project has been basically completed.
At the same time, the construction project of the national fitness center in Jiangle County was carried out in an orderly manner. The project is located in Changlong Lane Park, Baihua Village, Guyong Town, with a total investment of about 39.65 million yuan, divided into four floors above ground and one floor underground, with a total construction area of 5,803 square meters, and set up indoor basketball courts, table tennis rooms, billiards rooms, physical training rooms, physical fitness test function rooms, aerobics rooms 6 types of sports rooms and equipment room service rooms, which can meet the sports needs of different types of people, and support the construction of squares, roads, overpasses, greening and other overall projects. At present, the construction of various large machinery is entering the site, and it is expected to be completed in July 2025.
This year, there are a total of 24 projects planned and reserved by the County Bureau of Culture and Tourism, with a total planned investment of 2.977 billion yuan, of which the construction project of the National Fitness Center in Jiangle County, the archaeological specimen warehouse project in Fujian Province, and the digital protection and utilization project of movable cultural relics in the Jiangle County Museum have started construction. The second phase of the Jiangle County Intangible Cultural Heritage Museum Project (Guishan Academy) has completed the bidding and is ready to sign the construction contract, and the Changkou Water Sports Training Base, Bishui Wansen Respiratory Health Care, Wenbo Town (Phase II), Longqi Mountain Health Care Town Comprehensive Upgrading and Transformation (Phase II) and other projects are actively attracting foreign investment.
