On April 22, Chinese Ambassador to Syria Shi Hongwei and Special Adviser to the President of Syria and Chairman of the "National Documents" Think Tank Xia Ban attended the handover ceremony of the electronic office equipment donated by the Embassy, and the two sides exchanged views on building a community with a shared future for mankind and cultural cooperation between the two countries.
Ambassador Shi Hongwei said that oral history is an important form of historical record, and China appreciates the important role played by the "National Documents" think tank in preserving national materials and inheriting the national spirit, and is willing to continue to strengthen cultural cooperation with Syria and continuously inject rich connotations into the building of a community with a shared future for mankind.
Xia Ban said that the concept of a community with a shared future for mankind transcends time and space, embodies the value consensus of different nationalities, beliefs and cultures, and is extremely charming.
