Every morning at about nine o'clock, flower farmers from all over the country have been loaded with fresh cut flowers to the Jinning District International Flower Integrated Logistics Center located in Baofeng Street, flower buyers are also prepared in the waiting area in advance, 10:30 arrived, the trading market opened, everyone poured in, picking, bargaining, loading, all in one go. In just two hours, millions of flowers were sold out of the market.
It is understood that the average daily trading volume of fresh cut flowers in the Baofeng market can reach 1.2 million, which has tripled compared with April, and it is estimated that it will exceed 1.5 million in the near future. Since May, the average transaction price of fresh cut flowers in the market has entered the range of 14-18 yuan per bundle, an increase of 3-4 yuan from the average price in the previous quarter, and it is expected to continue to grow in this quarter.
Mr. Zhang, a grower, introduced: "At present, the flowers are selling very well, the temperature is up in May, the flowering period is shortened, we are now packing flowers every day to sell, and catching up with Mother's Day, 5.20 and other nodes in May. And the orange and yellow flowers in the market are the best to sell recently, like my family's 'Orange Barbie' and 'Juliet', which were bought in a car just after they were sold. ”
