Recently, the State Administration for Market Regulation organized food safety supervision and sampling of 820 batches of samples, and 13 batches of samples were found to be unqualified.

For the substandard food found in the sampling, the relevant provincial market supervision departments have organized verification and disposal.

The specific situation of unqualified food under supervision and sampling is hereby notified as follows:

1. Microbial contamination

(1) The alcohol sausage (original flavor) sold by the flagship store of Tmall Ocean Romance (operated by Liaoning Huludao Libo Trading Co., Ltd.) in Tmall Mall (online store) and claimed to be produced by Henan Luohe Fenggong Food Co., Ltd. entrusted by Liaoning Huludao Ocean Romance Biological Food Technology Co., Ltd., in which the number of coliform bacteria does not meet the requirements of national food safety standards.

(2) The soybean soy sauce (brewed soy sauce) sold by Daming County Ruolai Jiangtu Trading Co., Ltd. (operated by Ruolai Jiangtu Trading Co., Ltd., Daming County, Handan City, Hebei Province) on the 832 platform (mobile phone applet) and produced by Ruihao Condiment Brewing Co., Ltd., Daming County, Handan City, Hebei Province, the total number of colonies does not meet the national food safety standards.

2. Other pollutant issues

The drinking natural spring water (country of origin: Italy) sold by Henan Metro Commercial Group Co., Ltd. in Zhengzhou Zhengdong shopping mall, the nominal Shanghai Nestle Product Service Co., Ltd. in China, and produced by Italy SANPELLEGRINO S.p.A. (country of origin: Italy), in which the test value of nitrite (based on NO2-) does not meet the national food safety standards.

3. Excessive veterinary drug residues

The amount of nitrofuracillin metabolite residues sold by Douyin Xiaozao Honey Flagship Store (operated by Xichang Amizi Food Co., Ltd., Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province) on Douyin (mobile APP) and claimed to be produced by Amizi Food Co., Ltd., Xichang City, Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province, does not meet the national food safety standards.

Fourth, the use of food additives beyond the scope and limit

(1) Longjingxiang Yujiao ® Black Sesame Oil sold by Taobao Taiwan Food 1314 (operated by Huanqin Store, Jingang Town, Liuyang City, Changsha City, Hunan Province) on Taobao (online store) and distributed by Fuyong Phoenix Alishan Taiwan Food Store in Bao'an District, Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, and produced by Longjingxiang Industrial Co., Ltd. (place of origin: Taiwan, China), in which the test value of ethyl maltol does not meet the provisions of the national food safety standards.

(2) The blueberry blackcurrant lutein ester tablets sold by the Kuaishou Inner Court Lily Store (operated by Shanxi Lily Biotechnology Co., Ltd.) in Kuaishou (mobile phone APP) and claimed to be produced by Anhui Shaoxintang Health Industry Co., Ltd. by Luannan Branch of Beijing Tongrentang Xing'an Health Technology Co., Ltd., Tangshan City, Hebei Province, in which the sum of the proportion of the respective dosages of amaranth, carmine and colorants of the same color to their maximum use does not meet the provisions of the national food safety standards.

(3) Kuaishou Guangxi Guixiangyuan Food Franchise Store (operated by Guangxi Guixiangyuan Trading Co., Ltd.) sold in Kuaishou (mobile APP) and claimed to be produced by Kaishida Food Factory in Jiexi County, Jieyang City, Guangdong Province, in which the carmine test value does not meet the provisions of the national food safety standards.

(4) Pinduoduo Sugar House Food Store (operated by Kairen Buci Convenience Store, Longgang District, Shenzhen, Guangdong Province) sold in Pinduoduo (mobile APP), distributed by Guangzhou Youwu Food Trading Co., Ltd., Guangdong Province, and produced by Zhang Zhiming Food Co., Ltd. (country of origin: Malaysia), in which the test value of benzoic acid and its sodium salt (in terms of benzoic acid) does not meet the provisions of the national food safety standards.

(5) The conditioned plum sold by Taobao Taiwan Food Hall (operated by the Flavor Mellow Fresh Grocery Business Department of Huli District, Xiamen City, Fujian Province) on Taobao (online store), distributed by Xiamen Chengxi Trading Co., Ltd. in Fujian Province, and produced by Haishan Candied Fruit Factory (place of origin: Taiwan, China), in which the test value of cyclamate (calculated as cyclohexyl sulfamate) does not meet the provisions of the national food safety standards.

Fifth, the quality indicators are not up to standard

(1) The iron, zinc, calcium and apple organic nutritious rice noodles sold by the sister milk powder store in Dongxiang District, Fuzhou City, Jiangxi Province, and produced by Jiangxi Bei Dietary Products Co., Ltd. entrusted by Jiangxi Nanchang Haiju Technology Co., Ltd., the contents of vitamin A, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, niacin, and vitamin D do not meet the requirements of the national food safety standards and the requirements of product labeling;

(2) The original organic nutritious rice noodles sold by the Quanbaobao Maternal and Child Products Business Department in Tianqiao District, Jinan City, Shandong Province, and commissioned by Shanghai Beichu Biotechnology Co., Ltd. to produce by Jiangxi Haohua Food Co., Ltd., the vitamin A content does not meet the national food safety standards, nor does it meet the requirements of product labeling. The nominal manufacturer, Jiangxi Haohua Food Co., Ltd., raised an objection to the authenticity of the product, which was verified by the Jiangxi Provincial Market Supervision Bureau and recognized its objection. Confirm that the batch of unqualified products is actually sold by the entrusting party, Shanghai Beichu Biotechnology Co., Ltd., after modifying the production date on the packaging of the expired product.

(3) The vitamin A content of the nutritional supplementary food for pregnant women and lactating mothers sold by Shanghai Haoruijia Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. and produced by Shandong Harvey Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. does not meet the requirements of the national food safety standards nor the requirements of product labeling.

(4) The alcohol sausage (original flavor) sold by the official flagship store of Douyin Ocean Romance (operated by Liaoning Huludao Ocean Romance Biological Food Technology Co., Ltd.) in Toutiao (mobile APP) and claimed to be produced by Shandong Qihui Enterprise Development Group Co., Ltd. entrusted by Liaoning Huludao Ocean Romance Biological Food Technology Co., Ltd. does not meet the requirements of the relevant product implementation standards, and the starch content meets the requirements of the relevant product implementation standards, but does not meet the requirements of product labeling.
