Since the start of construction of the Singapore Mapletree Jizhou International Food Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park project, which is one of the largest green food supply base projects in our district, the construction unit has seized the favorable opportunity to increase the investment in personnel and machinery, optimize the construction process, and make every effort to promote the construction of the project under the premise of ensuring safety and quality.
A few days ago, the reporter saw at the project site of Mapletree Jizhou International Food Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park in Singapore Development Zone that workers were working intensively and going all out to promote the construction of the project to ensure that it was completed and put into operation on time.
Wang Jianxin, Construction Manager of Mapletree Jizhou Project: We have completed 85% of the main structure of this park, the No. 1 and No. 4 warehouses have been completed, and the No. 2 and No. 3 warehouses have been 85% completed, and our overall goal is to complete the completion and acceptance from August to September 2025. Regarding the schedule, we guarantee the investment of personnel, materials, machinery and equipment, and ensure that it is completed on time.
It is understood that the Singapore Mapletree Jizhou International Food Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park project is invested and constructed by Singapore Mapletree Group, with a total investment of 1 billion yuan, which will undertake the spillover resources of Beijing's central kitchen and food industry, realize the industrial layout of the central kitchen industry in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, and mainly build a high-end industrial park integrating new food research and development, automated production and processing, standardized inspection, supply chain management, e-commerce and cold chain distribution.
At present, the main construction of the project is underway, and the completion acceptance is expected to be completed in August 2025. After the project is fully put into production, it will achieve an annual operating income of 1 billion yuan, a tax revenue of 40 million yuan, and provide 300 jobs.
