About the open recruitment for the 21st China-ASEAN Expo
Announcements from on-site caterers
In order to do a good job in the on-site catering service of the 21st China-ASEAN Expo (hereinafter referred to as the Expo), the Secretariat of the Expo has decided to openly recruit Chinese fast food, Western fast food, halal food and coffee beverage service providers, with the following requirements
1. Service provider access conditions and registration materials
(1) Conditions for access to service providers
During the Expo, the service provider must consciously accept the supervision of the market supervision department and the overall management of the Secretariat of the Expo, and meet the following conditions:
1. Obtain the qualification of collective meal distribution;
2. Catering food processing establishments must meet and meet the needs of production capacity;
3. The transport vehicle should have a special hot chain or cold chain vehicle that can meet the amount of food delivered;
4. Have special equipment for food delivery that can meet the food delivery volume and meet the food safety requirements;
5. The feeding capacity of the enterprise meets and meets the needs of the feeding task of the Expo;
6. It has realized "Internet + bright kitchen and bright stove";
7. All employees have registered with the Guangxi Food Safety Training APP and have undergone food safety training.
8. The main responsibility requirements for food safety have been implemented, food safety management personnel have been equipped in accordance with the law, and a food safety risk control list and a system of "daily control, weekly inspection, and monthly scheduling" have been established.
Those who meet the above conditions and pass HACCP or ISO22000 system certification are preferred.
(2) Service provider registration materials
1. Enterprise profile, business license, tax registration certificate, food business license, food safety commitment, food safety self-inspection report, distribution quality and safety management documents and other relevant food safety qualification certificates;
2. Provide the variety, quantity, quotation and materials deemed necessary by the service provider at the site of the Expo.
Second, the variety and quantity of catering
The food and beverage varieties include Chinese fast food (no more than 3 restaurants), Western fast food (2 restaurants, hot food only), halal meal (1 restaurant) and coffee drinks (1-2 restaurants).
The total demand for on-site fast food is about 20,000 servings/day, and the number of coffee drinks is unlimited. Each Chinese fast food service provider provides no less than 5 varieties with a daily serving quantity of not less than 3,000 servings, while a Western fast food service provider provides no less than 3 varieties with a daily serving quantity of not less than 2,000 servings. The service provider shall provide guarantee according to the agreed variety and quantity.
3. Maximum price limit requirements
The specific dishes must be approved by the exhibition site office of the Expo.
Chinese Fast Food & Halal Food:
Three meat and two vegetarian dishes are not higher than 30 yuan/serving
Two meat and two vegetarian dishes are not higher than 25 yuan/serving
Western-style fast food and coffee drinks: not higher than the price of similar products sold by merchants in stores.
Fourth, meal time
From September 24 to September 28, 2024 (a total of 5 days), lunch will be the mainstay, and the peak of dining will be from 11:00 to 13:00 every day (after 12:00 on the opening day of the Expo), and meals can be served according to the needs of merchants during the opening time (9:00-17:00).
5. Places of Serving
The secretariat of the expo will uniformly demarcate the area in the Nanning International Convention and Exhibition Center, and equip it with corresponding facilities for the use of catering service providers. In the sales area, the catering service provider shall arrange it according to the requirements of the market supervision department.
Sixth, the service provider entry process
The registration of enterprises → reviewed by the Secretariat of the Expo→ reviewed by the market supervision department→ confirmed the qualifications for entry→ signed a catering service agreement and service commitment letter with the Secretariat of the Expo→ determined the service area → the service period
7. Related Fees
(1) Chinese and Western-style fast food: no entry fee is charged, but a service quality risk deposit of 20,000 yuan per home is required. In addition, each service provider needs to pay a basic service fee of 8,000 yuan per home, including awnings, dining facilities, sanitation and cleaning, etc.
(2) Halal meal: no entrance fee will be charged, but a service quality risk deposit of 20,000 yuan per home will be paid.
(3) Coffee drinks: no entrance fee is charged, but a service quality risk deposit of 10,000 yuan per home is required, and in addition, each service provider needs to pay a basic service fee of 3,000 yuan per house, including sanitation and cleaning (without tables and chairs).
(4) If additional electricity (water) connection is required, the relevant expenses shall be borne by the catering service provider.
8. Deadline for registration
All materials (original licenses for future reference) must be compiled and bound into a book and stamped with the company's seal, and submitted before May 8, 2024.
