The Nursing Department of the hospital held a meeting to publicize and launch all staff, formulate a high-quality nursing service improvement project, and clarify the task content and related standards. After the initial evaluation, each project can be carried out by three departments at the same time, and the department will set up a project implementation team to formulate specific implementation plans and plans.
At present, the hospital has four major projects, namely "Jingxin Ward", "6S Standardized Management Ward", "One Department, One Product" Nursing Service, "PPT Health Education", etc., which are piloted in 12 departments of the hospital.
