The "Ping An Grid Chief" project of the Political and Legal Committee of the District Party Committee, combined with the characteristics of the current district political and legal system of "more young talents and less grassroots experience", mobilized and organized 50 young cadres and policemen from various units of the district political and legal units to pair up with the street group to go to the grassroots front line for a one-year practical exercise.
The District People's Court has expanded the content of the activity to seven major sections this year on the basis of winning the top ten cultural brands of Shanghai courts last year, so as to further build a party building business integration system and make the judiciary closer to the people.

The District People's Procuratorate and the District Bureau of Ecology and Environment have made joint efforts to strengthen the positive interaction in the fields of ecological environmental protection, pollution prevention and control, and compensation for ecological and environmental damages, and actively respond to the good expectations of the people of Huangpu for "blue sky, clear water and pure land".
The District Bureau of Justice gave full play to the basic role of "one step forward" mediation, and launched the special action of "Pujiang Dispute Resolution" to investigate and resolve contradictions and disputes, so as to resolve contradictions and disputes at the grassroots level and in the bud to the greatest extent.
