3. Regulatory requirements
During the event, the relevant departments will implement temporary traffic control measures such as prohibiting traffic, persuading people to return and detouring, and traffic diversion on the roads and intersections around the event site according to the actual traffic situation on the site and the surrounding areas, and the relevant road sections can only be passed after the control measures are lifted.
4. Precautions
(1) The people around the event are requested to plan the detour route or avoid the control period in advance according to their own conditions, and make reasonable detours and safe passages.
(2) During the traffic control period, all unrelated vehicles must obey the command of the on-site traffic management personnel and pass in an orderly manner.
(3) Vehicles that do not obey on-site commands and forcibly enter traffic control sections will be dealt with by the public security organs in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
