Trouco Technology 168W new national standard electric bike charger
The 42V4A and 54.6V3A chargers designed based on the new national standard electric bicycle charger of the new generation of enhanced gallium nitride power devices of Trouco technology are as shown in the picture above, both chargers are equipped with double-pin plug power cords and output cables of the new national standard terminals, the fuselage is a rectangular shape, the size and style are exactly the same, and the shell is frosted and anti-fingerprint.
The top surface is equipped with an indicator light, which glows green when powered on.

Thaico TG65180S
Buru Technologies' next-generation 650V enhanced GaN power device with a conduction resistance of 240mΩ. Dedicated 6V GaN drivers or more traditional 12V drivers can be used, eliminating the need for an external VCC power supply in either case. The device is ESD-protected on all pins, and the switching speed can be adjusted by a resistor in the gate path. The device has reverse conduction capability, no reverse recovery losses, and supports high-frequency switching.
Trouco Technology TG65180S uses low-voltage insulated thermal pads, which are connected by current sensing resistors for better heat dissipation.
