1. Men's Elite Group (150 people): participants must be 18-39 years old, 4 laps (about 19.8KM)

4. Cycling Group (500 people): participants must be 18-60 years old, 1 lap (about 4.95KM)
Eligibility
1. Participants must be cyclists who have been engaged in physical exercise for a long time, are in good health, and have no disabilities, and must have basic riding skills and road safety knowledge. All participants are required to fill out a risk notification form when filling out the registration form.
2. Applicants are required to be in good health, and patients with the following diseases are not suitable to participate in the competition, otherwise they will bear the consequences: patients with congenital heart disease and rheumatic heart disease; Patients with hypertension and cerebrovascular diseases; Patients with myocarditis and other heart diseases; Patients with coronary artery disease and severe arrhythmias; Diabetic patients with high or low blood sugar; Patients with other diseases that are not suitable for sports.
3. Bicycle enthusiasts who have been engaged in physical exercise for a long time, are in good health, and are aged 18-60 years old (subject to ID card) have no nationality restrictions.
4. Once registered, no personnel or group can be changed, and the registration fee will not be refunded for any reason.
5. Contestants must register with their ID cards and other valid documents, sign in and check-in, and sign a disclaimer of liability for accidental injuries with the organizing committee when the registration is confirmed.
Equipment and equipment requirements
1. Mountain bikes: For straight-handle mountain bikes with wheel diameters of 26-29 inches or more, suspension forks and toothed tires with a tire width of more than 1.75 inches must be used, and additional handlebars, shelves, and foot braces must not be installed. Entrants must ensure that the brakes and other parts of the vehicle are in good condition, and any injury or loss caused by the quality, condition or improper use of the vehicle shall be borne by the participant.
2. Contestants must wear cycling clothes and bicycle helmets to participate in the competition, and contestants must use the specified race vehicles, and the contestants and vehicles must wear the number bib and number plate uniformly distributed by the conference according to the regulations, and shall not be cut, and will be disqualified once found.
3. Special competition equipment must be reviewed and approved by the organizing committee and the chief referee before participating in the competition.
4. There is no restriction on the type of riding group.
Incentives
The top 30 finishers in the competition will be rewarded (except for the cycling group), and the specific rewards are as follows:
1. Only the top three trophies in each group will be awarded at the scene of this competition, and the prize money will be distributed after the competition.
2. The results will be announced for 3 days after the end of the competition, and will be transferred to the personal bank account of the winning athletes through the public account within 10 days after the end of the publicity time. At that time, the organizing committee will arrange staff to contact the winning athletes to obtain detailed bank card information, personal information and bank information.
3. 20% of the prize money of the winning athletes will be used to pay individual income tax, which will be withheld and paid by the organizing committee.

Athlete Guidelines
1. Athletes must go to the check-in office 20 minutes in advance to check-in, and after the roll call, the check-in office will form a team and enter the competition venue collectively. Those who have not checked in will not be allowed to participate in this competition.
2. Athletes must obey the referee's judgment, and if they have any comments on the problems that occur in the competition, they must submit a written appeal to the chief referee through the arbitration team within one hour after the results are announced.
3. Athletes are not allowed to take their hands off the handlebars of the bicycle during the competition, otherwise the results will be cancelled.
4. After crossing the finish line, you should not stay on the finish track, and should follow the arrangements of the event personnel.
5. After the race, do not stop immediately to rest, but insist on doing relaxation activities, such as slow riding, so that the heart gradually recovers steadily. Do not drink plenty of water or eat cold drinks during recovery.
6. Athletes who do not have a task to participate in the course are not allowed to enter the track.
