The battery charger model is FY1695463000, the input power specification is 100-240V~50/60Hz 2.5A, and the output power is 54.6V 3.0A 168W. This e-bike charger is designed for lithium batteries and can support the charging needs of 13 strings of lithium batteries. The charger is equipped with a 1.2 meter output cable. The charger uses the new national standard plug for electric bicycles. The plug has a strip texture to increase friction and facilitate better plugging and unplugging when charging.
The plug specification is the new national standard GB 42296-2022 standard for electric bicycles, and it is designed in the form of two power pins and four communication pins (2+4) for lithium-ion battery charging, which is a bit like a "Tetris" shape. The positive pole marked with the "+" symbol is located in an independent cavity in the lower right corner, and the negative electrode and the four communication pins are also placed in a large cavity, which eliminates potential safety hazards due to mismatch and greatly improves safety. The charger is equipped with an intelligent management chip, which can communicate with the battery pack through a variety of communication protocols to ensure the safety and reliability of the charging process.
The length of the output cable, including the plug, is about 120 cm, and the cable length is medium, so it can easily handle medium- and long-distance charging scenarios.
