I wanted to clean the 30W fan of the Xiaomi vertical wireless charger that I had used for two and a half years, but it was scrapped. Recently, the sound of the cooling fan in this wireless charging dock is getting louder and louder, so I'm ready to take it apart and clean the dust.
Unscrew the four screws on the cover under the base, go to the next cover, what catches your eye is the motherboard, the overall workmanship is still OK, that is, the white glue is not dripping, the fan is connected to the motherboard through two wires with plugs, the wireless charging coil and the temperature sense are connected to the motherboard through the cable, it is directly welded on, the solder joint is high-temperature tin (I used the soldering iron to heat it for a long time), and finally made a miracle to directly break the solder joint on the cable, and the solder joint on the motherboard was also broken (Figure 5), so it was scrapped [ Melt] [melt] [melt]
Open the upper part of the charging base, this buckle is not ordinarily tight, and it is also vigorously miraculously pried open (it is broken anyway), and then you can see the dusty cooling fan and wireless charging coil, and the disassembly is over.
In the end, I tried to solder the cable back, but it didn't work, so the wireless charger was scrapped. Finally, I hope that Xiaomi's future vertical wireless charging products can take into account the problem of fan dust accumulation and reduce the difficulty of vertical wireless charging and cleaning, after all, products with cooling fans inevitably need to be cleaned after a period of use. @小米公司 @小米商城
