In the following project site selection and due diligence process, in view of the rigorous work style of McCann Group and the extremely demanding land use conditions of the project itself, nearly 30 batches of McCann Group Global President, Asia-Pacific President, China President and other nearly 30 batches visited Yangling for on-site inspection, successively inspected 10 land uses, with a total area of 4,930 acres, and internationally renowned third-party companies have conducted 4 due diligence surveys, with more than 600 evaluation indicators, and more than 30 departments in Yangling Demonstration Zone participated in the due diligence and provided corresponding evaluation data in the first time.
The McCann project can finally settle in Yangling, which is also inseparable from Yangling's sincerity and professional service and perseverance.
After the signing of the project agreement, Yangling Demonstration Zone immediately set up a special project class headed by Huang Siguang, Secretary of the Party Working Committee, and the deputy director in charge of the Management Committee, to ensure the construction of the project with the whole process, full cycle and all-round services, and successively held more than 30 project special class meetings, more than 50 work promotion meetings, and more than 10 on-site and video meetings with McCann China management, which effectively avoided the impact of the epidemic and spatial distance on the implementation progress of the project and ensured the smooth construction of the project.
Land acquisition and demolition is a prerequisite for promoting project construction.
Before the site was cleared, the site of the McCann project had a large height difference between the north and south, a vertical and horizontal gully in the middle, a water plant and a liquefied gas station, and a wide area of crops planted on the land, so it did not have the construction conditions at first.
"The relevant departments at the two levels of the demonstration area and Yangling District face difficulties, do not talk about conditions, and face difficulties." In October 2020, the McCann Speed Project officially settled in Yangling. The project is nearly one year ahead of the group's original planned investment landing time.
On February 7, 2022, the first day of work during the Spring Festival in the Year of the Tiger, Yangling McCann's "Speed Phase I" project broke through the snow and started, achieving a "good story" of starting construction and capping that year.
Among all McCann Group projects, this project is individually named "SUDU" in Chinese pinyin. Naming the project after the pinyin "SUDU" of the Chinese "speed" is the recognition of Yangling and the business environment of Yangling by this global large enterprise.
