The event was hosted by the Shaanxi Provincial Sports Bureau, the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism, and the Management Committee of Yangling Demonstration Zone, certified by the Chinese Athletics Association and the Shaanxi Provincial Athletics Association, and undertaken by the Culture, Tourism and Sports Bureau of Yangling Demonstration Zone.
