During the event, the "Pucheng Rural Revitalization College of Yangling Vocational and Technical College" was unveiled. Liu Gang and Pubu Dunzhu respectively issued letters of appointment to Wang Zhousuo and Hu Junpeng as "Experts of Weinan Rural Revitalization Think Tank". Wang Yangjun issued letters of appointment to 10 experts from Yangling Vocational and Technical College as "Industrial System Experts". Yangling Vocational and Technical College organizes experts and professors to carry out scientific and technological consultation and scientific and technological training for agricultural scientific and technological workers and the broad masses of farmers around spring ploughing production, e-commerce, and discussion of family farm business models, and distribute publicity materials.
