"Here, taxpayers can fill in forms, handle Henan tax APP registration, real-name authentication and other information. At the event site, the "Wenxin Easy Tax" service team guided everyone into the hall to experience a variety of new tax payment measures such as "online office", "self-service", "handheld office" and the interactive platform for tax collection, and explained the latest tax policies, especially the taxable income reduction and exemption of individual industrial and commercial households, VAT small-scale taxpayers and other policies that are currently of high concern, and answered difficulties, doubts and hot issues on the spot.
The purpose of this event is to take the 33rd National Tax Publicity Month as an opportunity to continuously improve the working mechanism of "tax service experience", examine and evaluate tax services through a third-party perspective, identify the entry point and focus point of improving the level of tax services, promote the launch of more personalized, customized and intelligent service measures, and promote the overall tax payment experience of taxpayers and payers.
