Because I ate too much last night, I got up in the morning and wasn't hungry at all, and I didn't start eating a small amount until 11 o'clock. A few pieces of duck meat count for today's breakfast.

Today I'm going out to a friend's house for the weekend, so I don't plan to cook (cook rice) at noon, make a simple dragon fruit oat bowl, fry a few pieces of chicken breast, and eat some fruit to get today's lunch.
