Recently, the 2024 Luding Red Cherry Picking Experience Season Recommendation Meeting with the theme of "Ripe Cherries and Red Luding" was opened in Pestle Village, Lengmoi Town, Luding County, Ganzi Prefecture, known as the "Hometown of Chinese Red Cherries", focusing on the high-quality development achievements of Luding County's agricultural, cultural and tourism industry.
The event was hosted by the Luding County Party Committee, the People's Government of Luding County and the People's Government of Pujiang County, Sichuan Province, aiming to build a platform for economic and trade negotiations, tourism and cultural seminars with fruit as the medium, comprehensively display the image of Luding, polish the brand of eco-tourism, and promote Luding to create a famous tourism county in Tianfu.
The promotion meeting is divided into six chapters: "Remembering in Luding", "Appreciating in Luding", "Swimming in Luding", "Tasting in Luding", "Staying in Luding" and "Beautiful Luding". Interactive games such as the "Cherry Eating Competition" pushed the atmosphere to a climax.
