So, how do professional doctors scientifically assess the child's language delay?

"We can take intelligence tests to see how his intelligence is developing, and then see if there are any abnormalities in his developing organs, and we can do hearing screening, these routine tests to judge, and then see if he has mental and psychological problems, the most common of which is autism."
For the problems found, the hospital will prescribe medicine and scientific treatment. If special rehabilitation training is required after passing the hospital assessment, the government will also give certain financial subsidies.
