Second tweak: The duration of the two skill reduction output is increased, from the original 2 seconds and 5 seconds.
Now the cd time of Xiang Yu's second skill is 7 seconds, even if it is not cd-mounted, the second skill lasts for 5 seconds, and under the premise that one skill can top people, Xiang Yu can achieve the effect of reducing the output of the other party throughout the process.
If there is another extremely cold storm, under the premise that the cooldown is reduced by 26%, the cd time of the second skill will become 5.18 seconds, becoming a truly seamless connection.
My opinion on Xiang Yu's adjustment
