Your khaoso makes sense. But I groaned again and again, and I still felt a little doubtful. Without prevarication, the statement is as follows.
Of course, the "pen" can be "thrown". But the object of "pen" as "throwing" seems to be farther away. In the specific context of the xin abandonment word, the closest to "throwing" is "Zhujie". It may be smoother to say "toss pearls" or "pearls to throw".
The combination of the words "yuan" and "throw" is also strange and incomprehensible. As of the time of the Southern Song Dynasty, when Xin shuyi lived, there were no other use cases except for Xin Ci. Of course, outstanding writers often create new words by themselves, but language (including written language) is a convention, and self-cast new words must also conform to rhetorical norms, natural, historical and wonderful, in order to be recognized by peers and willing to use. And "Yuanjiao" does not seem to meet such standards, and it always feels jerky to read. In this case, we cannot but wonder whether the word "Yuan" was a mistake in the process of circulating the Word Xin. According to common sense, this possibility exists and cannot be ruled out.
If you feel that what I am saying makes sense, then we have one more way of thinking. Since "粲珠玑, Yuan throwing storm" is a complete sentence, the doubt is only a "yuan" word, we can try to replace it, to see if we can find a word similar to its appearance or pronunciation, and put in this sentence both makes sense and cooperates well with the whole sentence?

For my preliminary consideration, there are a few words that could be included in the shortlist:

Zhao Guangyuan's poem "Titled Beili Prostitute Wall" says: "Drunk with Qingzhuo to spy on Han Shou, idle throwing Jin Suo annoyed Xie Kun." Song Zhang's poem "Ding Wei Shangwei Revisits the Dragon Hidden Rock" says: "Talk about opening the mat near the flowing water, idle throwing the pole to the sunset." The above characters, "diarrhea", "splash", "sprinkling", "waterfall", "man", "wave" and other six-character cursive, and "yuan" character cursive, some calligraphy has a degree of similarity. The variant of "Yuan" is the "淵" character with the three points of water removed from the left, and the traditional character "閑" and "斗" of "閑" and "斗" are similar to its glyphs. Therefore, they all have the "candidature" qualification to replace the word "yuan".
In comparison, I prefer the word "bucket (鬭)". It is a common colloquial word used in the Tang and Song dynasties, with the meaning of "competition" and "competition". "Zhujie Doujiao", that is, "Zhujie scrambling to jump and throw", its greatest advantage is to write the lifeless "Zhujie" alive. Its high degree of colloquialism, especially suitable for "words", which is more popular than poetry and endowment, is still secondary.
Finally, a few additional words by the way. The three words "Stormy" are used in Du Fu's poem "Sending Li Twelve White Twenty Rhymes" to "The pen falls into the wind and rain, and the poem becomes a weeping ghost god"; and "Zhu Jie Throwing" can not only describe raindrops, but also can refer to good poetry "character zhujie". The image is vivid, the meaning is harmonious, the use of the norm is as new, and the use of the common language is surprising, which is difficult for ordinary words to reach.
