At the same time, it means that from 2023, Acura, a high-end brand of Honda Automobile, will officially withdraw from the Chinese market.

In China, Honda will launch a total of 10 new EV models by 2027. For the Japanese domestic market, Honda plans to launch a small commercial EV model by 2024, as well as a regular small EV and EV SUV.

Overall, Honda plans to launch 30 EV models worldwide by 2030, with a production target of more than 2 million per year. All-solid-state batteries are also currently under development.
