Classical Sinology accompanies me

Junior One (9) Class (Junior 2021 Class) Liu Ziheng

Chinese culture has a long history, and Chinese civilization is dazzling and dazzling. Looking back at the four ancient civilizations, only the Chinese nation still stands in the world, and I think this should benefit from the inheritance spirit of our Chinese nation. The sages of the ancients left us many cultural classics, and the study of Traditional Chinese Studies always makes us peaceful and far-reaching. The stories in Sinology, even after thousands of years, can still bring us new thinking and inspiration.

When I was young, I always scorned the study of Chinese culture, feeling that things from hundreds of years or even thousands of years ago, now I still have to learn and memorize, and I can't keep pace with the times at all, and there is no use. As I grow older, revisit the classics of Sinology, go deep into them, and think about the meanings rich in them, I will find out how wrong I was.

Recently, I re-studied the "Disciple Rules", which was composed by Li Yuxiu, a xiucai during the Kangxi dynasty of the Qing Dynasty, listing the etiquette and norms that should be required for children at home, going out, treating people and things, etc., guiding daily study and life, from reading and self-cultivation to washing, everything is big and detailed, the requirements are strict, specific, and detailed. I was enchanted by the beautiful words and marveled at the truths of cultivation, life, handling, and birth realized by the sages, which made me feel that I had benefited a lot. For example, "Although the matter is small, do not be good at it, but do not hide it privately and hide your own heartbreak." The meaning of this sentence is that although a matter is very small, do not make your own decisions without telling your parents, if you act arbitrarily, it will damage the duty of being a child, although things are very small, do not carry your parents, secretly hide it, and be known by your parents, your parents must be very sad in their hearts. Yes, the most precious thing for a person is to maintain filial piety and always have a pure heart.

In the process of learning disciple rules and Sinology, I felt the charm of traditional Chinese culture, which made me love Chinese culture more and made me more confident in Chinese culture.

In the days that accompanied the culture of Sinology, it not only precipitated my cultural connotation, let me be influenced by thousands of excellent Chinese cultures, but also enabled me to cultivate myself and establish correct social values and concepts of honor and disgrace. In the days to come, I will continue to be with classical Sinology, which is like a beacon in the night, illuminating my path of growth.
