Because in the evening, they arranged a class for me, so when I ate early in the morning, I went later than these classmates. As soon as I got to the restaurant I was dumbfounded. What's going on? These students, a lot of meals will be half eaten and left. What can I do? I am still wearing their cultural shirts for study tours, representing such a traditional cultural study tour team, and I can't let these meals be left. I took the rest of these classmates' meals, and I concentrated on eliminating them. Eat with your head covered! How far did you eat that day? I didn't eat at noon, I didn't eat dinner, I couldn't hold on, I couldn't sleep. I did the math, maybe seven or eight servings of soy milk, five or six parts of porridge, a lot of pancakes, a lot of fritters, a lot of pickles. Classes in the evening, sitting there feels very braced.

Just as I was about to get ready for class, a counselor began to speak, saying: This morning's leftover students stood up. I didn't expect to really stand up to several classmates. The counselor also said: Bow to Teacher Guo. They really bow. Then this teacher talked about "shaking baggage". What's going on? It turned out that in the morning, when I was "cleaning the battlefield", this teacher left his umbrella in the restaurant because it was raining, and when he came back to get the umbrella, he saw that I was "cleaning the battlefield". He saw it. Since the counselor shook the baggage out, in the evening, I gave a lesson on conservation under the theme of "A grain of rice is a world." Just from the point of view that a grain of rice is a world, that is, a grain of rice comes into our lives, which is equivalent to a deceased person, equivalent to a relative coming into our lives. It is also a one-time fate, and it comes to contribute to us. If we don't want it, instead of eating it, but dumping it and wasting it, we will be "an eternal debt" to this grain of rice. For it: "Its life cannot be sublimated." Because as rice, it is dedicated to humanity.

I went on to say, "In life, we should cherish blessings and economize." "It is said that if each of us could save a grain of rice, it is likely that there are many lives in this world that will not struggle on the hunger line and so on. Just from the fate of a grain of rice, I gave a lesson.

Then tell them, because they are college students, how to fall in love? How about falling in love? I'll tell them about an exchange I had with one of my female authors. I said: I have a female author, she came to me for a while and said that she had a big problem in life, very tangled. What's going on? Both lads came to her and brought her roses every day, and she couldn't decide which one to choose. It's very tangled. She asked me, "What should I do?" I said, "That's easy!" You go and examine who of these two is the most filial to the old man, and you marry him. Why? If a person does not love the old man who gave him life, the old man who raised his life, he wants to say that he loves you all his life, which is false. After some time, the female author came to me again. She said, "Teacher Guo, these two are particularly filial to the elderly, what good way do you have?" I said, "Then you go to the school and verify that whoever respects the teacher the most will marry him." Why? A man who does not even respect the teacher who gave him wisdom will not respect you. And do not respect you, this husband and wife relationship, how do you live as a couple?

After some time, the female author came to me again. She said, "Teacher Guo, these two have special respect for teachers, do you have any good ways?" I said, "Yes, you let him have a meal alone, and you see whoever sweeps the plate cleanest at the end, and you marry him." Why? A person can cherish a grain of rice, he will definitely cherish your original intention. If you can cherish your original intention, he will not easily replace you. He can easily throw away a plate of food, and he can easily replace you. The heart to pour out food is the same as the heart to replace the wife.

After some time, the female author came to me again and said, "These two have cleaned the dishes." What to do? I said, "Then you go and examine his parents, who are the most filial to the elderly, who respect the teachers the most, and who saves the most grain?" If his mom and dad are doing a good job, then you go and examine his grandparents. Why? The ancients thought that what kind of family style there was, what kind of children were cultivated.

Teacher Liu said a word: not one class, but two lessons. That is to say, we have to give advice, we have to help people change, it is important to say that it is important, it is important to reason, but it is more important to set an example.

I once recorded a show and went out to dinner with a good friend. I saw my good friend knock over his millet porridge and pour it on the table. We say that when we study the Disciple Rules, we must learn the spirit of the Disciple Rules. In the "Disciple Rules", it is said: "Relatives have been, advice has been made more, Yi Wu se, soft wu voice; advice is not entered, yue fu advice, trumpet crying follows, tart without complaint." What kind of "advice" is "joyful advice"? I personally understand that the best "advice" is to make it yourself and use your example to infect each other.

I have a traditional culture team, there is a classmate who has followed me to learn traditional culture over the years, it is because of a detail that moved him. Which detail? Once I was in a class, he hit that meal, hit that bun and hit it a lot, and I saw that he couldn't finish eating it, he took a bite of a bun, put it there, and then covered it with napkins and prepared to pour it out. At this moment, I took a bite out of his bun and I took it and ate it. I was immediately touched to see this classmate, and since then, he has followed me to learn traditional culture and has not been left behind. Later, in a summative sharing session, he talked about this detail. You see, just such an action has given him a determination, recognition, and good feeling for traditional culture.

I have been volunteering all over the country over the years, and I was also introduced by a teacher, and I was touched to see volunteers eating everyone's leftovers, drinking everyone's leftover water, and kneeling in the toilet to clean the toilet. I learned that in the land of China, there are still such a group of people who carry forward traditional culture in this way. Under this infection, it cannot be received at once. Since 2012, I have also been lecturing at the large-scale traditional culture public welfare forum, and I have spent several years in a kind of emotion. Later, when I entered the crew of "Remember Homesickness", the class was less talked about. For a year or two, it can be said that I got off the plane on the forum, got off the forum and got on the plane, and I was infected by this spirit. This spirit, this infection, in my opinion, is also "relatives have been, advice is more", and it is a silent "advice", more powerful.

You see, many people share, in these big forums, see these volunteers, they sit and listen to the lectures, the volunteers have to stand for a day. There was applause, and they were going to bow. By the appeal of these volunteers, many students have become interested in traditional culture and have a good feeling.

Here we are, we say that to study the Disciple Rules, we must learn the spirit of the Disciple Rules. "Kissed, advised, yiwu color, soft voice" . "Yi Wu Color, Soft Wu Sound" is the methodology. In other words: find the most appropriate way. What is the most appropriate approach? It is "his body is right, and if he does not order, he will do it." In other words, "his body is right", and the advice is effective.
