Shen Chunni, female, born in April 1980, graduated from Suzhou Arts and Crafts School in 1999 with a major in craft painting, from the China Academy of Art in 2003 with a major in Chinese Painting, and with a master's degree in Chinese Painting from the Department of Chinese Painting at the China Academy of Art in 2017. He is currently working at the Jianggan District Cultural Center in Hangzhou, as an associate research librarian. He is a special teacher of the Character Advanced Research Class of the School of Continuing Education of China Academy of Art, a member of the Zhejiang Provincial Artists Association, a member of the Friends of Poetry, Calligraphy and Painting Society of the Zhejiang Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, and the deputy secretary-general of the Zhejiang Enlightened Painting Academy. She did not believe in Buddhism, but after she came into contact with the Tang people to write the scriptures, she began to copy the scriptures, and her closeness to the "Buddha-nature" was probably due to this. And this naturally occurring "Buddha-nature" drove her to express her yearning for the realm of self in an authentic formal language.
