On March 24, the electric vehicle Geometry E under the Geometry brand completed the official test at China Automotive Engineering Research Institute Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as China Automotive Research Institute), an authoritative test institution in China, becoming the first model in the industry to pass the pure electric passenger car bottom protection certification, and obtained the "Pure Electric Passenger Car Bottom Collision Protection Class A" Certificate 001 issued by the China Automobile Research Institute, setting a new benchmark for the bottom safety protection of pure electric passenger cars.

According to the authoritative survey data of China's road traffic accidents, hitting low-rise obstacles, scraping the bottom road surface, and lifting obstacles are the main factors causing damage to the bottom of the car, and the incidence rate of these three accidents is as high as 80.2%. The mechanical damage to the bottom accumulated in this process has become the fuse for spontaneous combustion of new energy vehicles.

As a standard drafting unit, China Automobile Research Institute is also the only authoritative institution in China that has the certification qualification of "pure electric passenger car bottom collision protection". The certification level A is the highest level, and the certification test includes the bottom protection test under the 30km/h straight and 5km/h reversing scenarios, as well as the IPX7 sealing after the test.
