Qi Picheng, born in 1952. He is currently a member of the Chinese National Painters Association, a member of the Jiangxi Branch of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, an advisor to the Jingdezhen Calligraphers Association, the chairman of the Fuliang County Calligraphers Association, and a senior arts and crafts artist.

In 1998, the calligraphy works won the gold medal of the national "Art Sea Condensation Pearl" calligraphy seal engraving exhibition. In 2002, he won the silver medal of the "LiquanMing" Cup National Calligraphy and Painting Competition, and the second prize of calligraphy in the Jiangxi Provincial Arts Festival Qunwen Fine Arts, Calligraphy and Photography Competition. In 2005, it was included in the 7th Calligraphy and Seal Engraving Exhibition in Jiangxi Province. In 2009, it was included in the 8th Jiangxi Calligraphy and Seal Engraving Exhibition. In 2010, he won the Excellence Award of the 3rd Yanglian Calligraphy Exhibition in Jiangxi Province. In 2012, he won the Excellence Award of the First National Defense Education Calligraphy Competition of Jiangxi Province in the "Hero Cup". In 2014, he won the third prize of the National Sketch Competition. In 2015, he won the first prize of the National Calligraphy Creation Competition. Jiangxi Province celebrates the 65th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China Pottery Creation Competition Silver Medal. In 2018, he won the "Civil Air Defense Cup" Jiangxi Provincial Calligraphy Excellence Award.
