For people, we do things in the company, it is for the boss. Here "loyalty" means being in the heart, that is, whether there is sincerity and sincerity, whether it is doing things sincerely, whether it is loyal to duty, all of which require self-observation. If you are perfunctory, sloppy, and get by, not only sorry for the boss, but also sorry for yourself, sorry for the life given to you by heaven. Here, there is indeed a problem, that is, whether what you do is meaningful in itself, if it is not the right karma, then there is no "loyalty or disloyalty" at all.

Doing business is key. Confucius said: "The state has the way, the poor and the lowly, the shame is also; the state has no way, the rich and noble, the shame is also." "Walk in accordance with the Word, and stop in the Way." Therefore, Confucius said, "Unrighteous and rich and expensive, like a floating cloud to me", "Rich and can be sought, although the whip is a whipper, I am also for it." If you can't ask for it, take my favor. "This is the right karma.

With the right karma, then for what you do, you must scrupulously fulfill your duties, bow down and die. This is the spirit of our traditional readers. The root of this spirit of "loyalty" lies in the path and in the power aroused by "aspiration to the tao."

Therefore, Zeng Zi said: "A soldier cannot fail to carry out his duties, and the task is heavy and the road is long." Isn't it important to be benevolent? After death, isn't it far away? ”

When we see "to be unfaithful to others?" "It will not pass lightly, behind this sentence, there is the presentation of the whole life. Therefore, we cannot understand the discourse in the Analects in a chapter-by-sentence manner.

Friends are the basis of other social relations, the old man is safe, there is faith in the inside, "the less cherished", and there is also the basis of faith on the inside.

I need to think about it, is it worthy of my friends to trust? Have you done it to make your friends trust you?

It's really hard to interact with people, you happily agree with each other, and the result is always gone, how does this work? Or because you are cautious, you don't easily promise things, and if this caution is too much and you don't take care of things, it's even worse. Either pass or fail, so where is the Middle Way?

I think the middle way is to have the wisdom to see things clearly, and if this is his business, you have to let him do it himself, and you can't say, "I'll help you do this." "It doesn't work. When you see clearly that he really needs your help, at this time, we will take matters into account and promise the other party to do it. This can be said to be some basic principles when others ask you to do things. Once you have the principle, you promise someone else to do something, then you have to do your best to do it. People must dare to take responsibility, not to escape, not to give up easily.

Therefore, when a friend interacts with you, he can grow, and you not only help him in this matter, but your insight, responsibility, resilience, and even benevolence will infect him, and his body and mind will be very useful.

That's why Confucius said, "He who has no friends is inferior to himself."

Some people do not understand this sentence, Confucius What is this friendship attitude? In fact, friends can improve each other and trust each other, which is "as yourself".

Zi Yue: "Man has no faith, and he does not know what he can do." In Confucius, "faith" is the basis of being human. And ZengZi put this teaching into practice in his interactions with friends, and did he do self-examination on a daily basis. Implement into a real relationship with friends.

Therefore, ZengZi said: "You can support the lonely of six feet, you can send the life of a hundred miles, and you cannot take it away from the great festival. Gentleman too! ”

Zi Yue: "Sam! My way has always been consistent. Zeng Ziyi: "Only." ”

You see, this "only" word imprints the heart with the heart, just like the Buddha to Gaya, the Buddha picking flowers, and the Gaya smiling.
