Since the launch of the "Wanli Huanxing" new car long-distance testing activity on February 19, the first batch of convoys have departed from Beijing and arrived in Jinan on February 25 through Dezhou, Binzhou, Dongying, Weifang, Zibo, Linyi and other places. The core purpose of "Wanli Huanxing" is to investigate China's new energy vehicle market and infrastructure including highway service areas on the way to travel, discover new user scenarios, so as to guide and promote the consumption of new energy vehicles, and provide a detailed sample for the transformation of China's automobiles to an intelligent and dual-carbon strategy. At the same time, it also tests hot models in the market to experience vehicle performance and peripheral services to provide guidance for consumers.

At the exchange meeting, the organizer invited representatives of car companies, industry association leaders, experts in the new energy automobile industry chain in Shandong Province, leaders of the highway network service area, senior media, etc., to jointly talk about the results of the first stop of "Wanli Huanxing", and deeply combined with the user car scene to explore the new elements of new retail development, so as to achieve innovation in marketing and service.

At the event site, Ji Zhenpeng, COO of Higgs Group, briefly introduced the current main business of Higgs Group, and based on the high-speed service area scenario, put forward his own insights on the new retail and service experience of automobiles in the future "double carbon" environment.

Distinguished leaders, good afternoon, it is a great honor to be invited to chat in the automotive industry about the development of new energy vehicles. The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology is also a special expert of the New Energy Intelligence Research Institute. Before that, I was a vice president at Alibaba Automobile and also did new retail. Before that, after operating in the used car management of EasyCar, I learned the engine myself and was a pure auto person. It is a great honor to be able to talk with friends in the automotive industry. I am now the vice president of Higgs Energy, the first business to do photovoltaic wind power station, including energy storage power station from design, construction to operation and maintenance, we have a 30 MW photovoltaic power station, but also Shandong Laiwu ranked in the top three benchmark operation power stations, the entire operational efficiency in the country ranked in the top ten, because the boss is a Doctor of Peking University, has its own set of intelligent application system, this is the first business.

Second, we have our own batch recycling factory of lithium batteries, supported by a platform of Oriental Honghu, to bring these batches of batteries, from new energy decommissioned batteries, for the rental and sale of tricycles and two-wheeler batteries for shared use. To a certain extent, the solution to the electric vehicle three to five years, how to deal with the battery after the decommissioning, is also the second round of financing, the development is very fast.

Today, regarding high-speed new scenarios, including some new retail marketing of polar fox cars, I would like to make three points. The first is the high-speed service area, the high-speed in the service area must be a continuous innovation direction, I think there are no more than six core directions, the first is to add resources, from cars to cultural tourism to rescue services, new energy and even food. I think Mr. Shen's discussion in Yangcheng Lake is the most classic resource embodiment, and it is also a very benchmark project. Then there is the plus model, just have resources to come in, no mode audit may not be able to operate very well, there is a sharing model, there is a rental model, there is an experience model, and even a VIP membership model. Data and intelligence, including the tracking of carbon footprint, is now also double carbon, including some infrastructure, through some new technologies, how to achieve the accumulation of data, how to achieve intelligent computing of big data models, including the precipitation of customer data coming in, I think this may be what we have to consider, including intelligent charging, intelligent service robots and so on. Since we have a car, we must be indispensable to rescue, helicopter including car rescue how to integrate, including some medical rescue, and even insurance agency services, etc., in fact, in foreign countries, this model is very mature.

Second, how to consider the application of double carbon in the high-speed service area, because everyone knows that from 2030 to 2060, one carbon peak and one carbon neutrality. The first point is how we integrate the application of wind power, photovoltaics, including energy storage power stations and normal state grid power stations, and even future hydrogen energy power stations, and we have also built a test center for integrated applications. For example, at night, after twelve o'clock, it may become four cents and one kilowatt hour of electricity, and then the electricity is put into the power station where the energy is stored. This direction, with decommissioned cars in energy storage, may be an integrated energy application, I think this is an integrated service that can automatically calculate which is the cheapest. Photovoltaic electricity is the cheapest during the day, and now it has been reduced to more than 3 mao one kilowatt hour of electricity, which is a very obvious integrated energy integration.

Second, we can try to build a platform for tracking the carbon footprint to talk about transactions, because in this venue, whether it is photovoltaics or future charging piles, in fact, every transaction will bring carbon credits to the project. These customers who come in may choose to join the trading platform of carbon points, where everyone charges and opens an electric car to have points. This carbon credit one is in the park can be exchanged for other goods, this value allows everyone to really participate in the carbon peak and carbon trading of the national strategy, everyone also has their own sense of contribution, but for the service area, two hundred million like Shandong Expressway, including like Shen Zong there are more than a thousand service areas, the annual flow of people, more than 200 million domestic APP are above the level of 10 billion, so I think this is considerable.

There is also a lot of mentioned power exchange, power exchange should be the most fundamental solution, of course, there are still a variety of battery models, endurance, etc. are not very consistent, there are many problems. But it may be considered that the use of future batches of lithium batteries in the replacement process is also some reserves that we are doing now, and I believe that this chain will gradually penetrate in this scene in the future.

Third, and today's core, in the high-speed service area there is a new transaction scene of innovation, because in the time of Ali, the entire new retail is my total responsibility, that time smart stores, almost all the new technologies in the country are used in the 4S store, to feel what is called the effect of new retail technology. Of course, later the state also made a series of requirements for this kind of data, face recognition. But in terms of effect, it will indeed effectively help sales consultants complete follow-up, continuous follow-up of customers, and improve its transaction efficiency, so in this new scenario, I think there are several suggestions. First, it is still necessary to consider the upgrading and innovation of the customer-centric whole process, not just a showroom, it must be a whole process; second, it must be a seamless online and offline experience and transaction; third, it must be financial insurance plus after-sales service, integrated product sum, and can be online, can be offline, one-stop experience. Just heard that our service area may also put on the card, there is a certain degree of difficulty, but when we do new model innovation, I think this problem is not big, we even pay a down payment of 10% on the platform, the rest of us directly use the veneer to send the car to the door, this service is not impossible.

In the core process, I want to say six things, one is from carbon to cognition, to experience to transaction, to delivery to after-sales, the core of the six points. First, I think that in the service area from seeing the service area advertising, online cooperation and our customer experience sharing, this is more online to operate, otherwise a glance away, the effect is not obvious.

The second is cognition, which must be a multi-brand showroom, even a multi-model showroom, a new car, a second-hand car showroom will also be in it, and the effect of cognition will be more obvious.

The third exhibition hall experience can also increase the trial rental experience. For example, Yangcheng Lake, after going to the car can be changed, replaced by our customized tram, fixed point to set up a good charging, do not worry, but this experience will make it deep experience of this car, rather than just take a look.
